Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we have shifted our operations to serve you during these challenging times. To help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) and for everyone’s safety, we have taken measures to limit in-person interactions.
With our new service model in place for several weeks, we are extending our lobby hours to accommodate our members. All branch locations will now ask you to schedule in lobby transactions by calling 781-438-3959. Beginning, Monday June 8, 2020 our lobby hours in Stoneham and Wilmington will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-4 and Wednesday’s 9-3. The Melrose branch will remain temporarily closed until further notice.
We are following CDC guidelines and we are social distancing in our lobbies, limiting the number of members in the lobby to one (1) person at a time. Face coverings are required to be worn at all times.
We ask that if you are experiencing symptoms such as a fever and/or cough or if you have had recent air travel that you do not come to the credit union. Instead, please call us for assistance at 781-438-3959.
Please remember: you do not have to physically come to our offices to conduct your normal banking. We have many services and resources available for you to bank remotely. We recommend that you use the Allpoint ATM network, online banking and bill pay service, mobile banking and secure deposit drop boxes for CHECK deposits only, located in Wilmington and Stoneham. Drop box transactions are processed at regular intervals throughout the day.
